There's an App for That

The Voodoo app was custom-designed for Louisiana's Voodoo Experience festival. Festival-goers with enabled phones could get info on a variety of festival elements by pointing their phone cameras at key parts of the festival grounds. For example, when pointed at the concert stages, you received lineups, schedules, artist profiles and links. Point your phone camera at a vendor and you get show menus and pricing. It could even show you the way to restrooms, ATMs, entrances and exits, medical sites and more. Check out a demo at Vimeo.
